poor ventilation stained carpet
the room they assigned to me lacked proper ventilation. no window opened in the room, and the bathroom also lacked ventilation. the furniture looked worn, and the carpet had stains. i also noted the lift was dirty, and the entrance door to the south wing needed repair. also, there was a lot of noisy corporate events happening at the main courtyard .

Really good hospitality
helpful staff room upgrade prosecco touch special stay
i felt welcome. the staff was helpful and accommodating. i especially appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a superior double room. the prosecco provided to celebrate our anniversary was a lovely touch. It.
the single bed i had was rather small. the sheets did not fit well, which caused some discomfort during the night.

the hotel is located near moorgate station and the elizabeth line, which are just a five-minute walk away. this makes access to central areas very easy. tottenham court road is only two stops away, providing convenient access to soho and leicester square.

comfortable bed great location polite staff
The staff treated us so well on our wedding anniversary, it was very kind of them!!! i booked a beautiful double room. It was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the hotel's location suited us perfectly. we like walking, so the 40-minute walk to central parts was great. we also saw a lot along the way with many underground stations nearby.
i encountered a small stain on one of the towels. it wasn't a major issue, but it was a bit unpleasant.

the tv in the room was very old. when i watched it the picture did not fill the screen. checkout staff were pre occupied and did not ask if i had enjoyed my stay.

continental buffet historic vibe business meeting broken usb charger intermittent tv faulty bath plug
i thought the breakfast had a continental buffet. i liked the historic vibe of the building. i may return for future business meetings.
the tv picture kept breaking up. the usb charger in the room WAS broken. the bath plug mechanism came off in my hand.
